S.H.I.N.E. of Virginia, Inc, is a nonprofit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organization strictly run by donation. The dogs and the volunteers caring for them need ongoing supply items and are also looking for a few large items and donated services/discounts, but are always happy with any kind of donation!
